If you struggle with pull-ups, our F&L press pull up planner is for you.

Getting better at pull-ups takes time (sometimes years), dedication and commitment. This is where we come in to help you out.

We use the grease the groove method and have a calendar to keep you accountable. In order to use this planner you will need to at least be able to do a negative pull up. 

The method gets you to do your reps everyday but without breaking a sweat- training your nervous system to work better and recruit more muscles to get you your first full pull-up or get your pull-up reps up!
